The One Group Investment Fund allows private individuals to invest alongside Seth Struiksma in off-market residential renovation projects throughout San Diego. The fund focuses primarily on fix-and-flip opportunities in established neighborhoods, where disciplined acquisition, thoughtful design, and precise execution create meaningful value.

Our investors participate passively while our in-house team manages every phase of the project — from acquisition and construction through design, marketing, and sale.
