With a passion for people, design, construction, and marketing, Seth Struiksma brings a diverse background in real estate investment and sales to his San Diego clients.

“I have a passion for bringing properties to their fullest potential,” he says. “The process of transforming a home, and helping the amazing people that we work with is extremely rewarding.”

Seth’s successful career began by flipping homes in the mid 2000’s where he learned about construction, design, project management, and the buying & selling process after flipping more than 50 properties. That background allows Seth to be able to spot the issues and the opportunities in any property.

“Sellers need to make the most possible from their homes,” he says. “I can come in, spot the updates that will make the biggest financial gains at closing, and use resources like Compass Concierge to provide a hassle-free experience for my clients.

“It’s a fun process helping people realize their goals and finding a great new home,” he says of the friends he’s made and lives impacted through real estate.

Anthony Espinoza

After acquiring degrees in real estate and finance from SDSU in 2011, and a brief stent in commercial real estate, Anthony Espinoza went to work in Silicon Vally helping to launch the successful delivery service, UBER Eats.

When the pressures in the technology startup world began to mount, Anthony discovered the deep and transformative practice of meditation, which had a profound effect on how he viewed his own place in this world; and how he wanted to show up for, and help, others.

“I want to cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with people and help them achieve their goals,” he says. “Learning and practicing meditation allows me to be more present with my clients and really communicate with them and understand their wants and goals.”

With this new perspective on how to show-up and serve, plus with his love for innovate technology and how it improves our daily lives, coming to Compass and joining The One Group was an obvious decision.

Esteban Valenzuela

Just a couple of years into his real estate career, Esteban Valenzuela realized that the values of Compass aligned with his own and was he was eager to come onboard with such an innovative company using technology, design, and networking to help people find the place where they belong.

Gianna Secchiaroli

If you’re looking for a good home-made pasta dinner paired with the perfect wine, then you want to be friends with Gianna. Before coming to The One Group to expand her real estate career, Gianna studied wine and alcohol sales. Through her love of fine wine, she became a level 2 Sommelier. But don’t ask what her favorite type of wine is. That, she says, is all a matter of personal taste.

“Like with helping people find and buy a house, food and wine is all about having an experience,” she says. “I love connecting with people, hosting dinner parties, scoping out great wine bars around town.” But she does point out about her pasta sauces, “They’re from scratch. You won’t find me popping a jar or can.”

Real estate and helping people find a perfect home has been part of Gianna since a young age as her parents were in the real estate industry and always thought she too would make a great agent. “I love working and connecting with people. And finding the perfect home just brings such happiness to the friends and clients I’m working with.”
